Hello

After growing up in Kansas, I moved west to California during my college years to finish up school. My parents warned me to learn something useful but I studied film and photography instead.  In my free time I dream of being a beekeeper, agave farmer / tequila maker, collecting old cars in the desert or some combination of those.

I like making images that are uplifting and celebrate the ambition of the human spirit. I’m drawn to compelling stories; people overcoming barriers, using talents for inspiration, or their teamwork for accomplishment.

I’ve shot projects for The North Face, Nike, Disney, Brooks, Lululemon, Satisfy, Uber, Tag Heuer, Airbnb, Old Navy, Uniqlo, Fox, Vogue, Fatherly, and a restaurant in Wyoming that uses my rodeo images secretly.
